Performance physio is a well-established physiotherapy business located in Cork. Performance physio has provided services to Irish Olympians and athletes. We were approached to develop a website that enabled Sinead to take reservations and add more value to her customers’ experience.
We were tasked to integrate the Cliniko booking engine that is specifically tailored to clinicians and therapists to manage treatment reservations and bookings. This ensures that Sinead had peace of mind when it came to the secure management of confidential client data and her compliance with GDPR.
Sinead was also able to connect with her customer base with ease during the pandemic through offering bookings for her clients via Zoom through the third party PhysiApp system. Her contact forms were also integrated with Mailchimp to keep her clientele informed when it came to COVID restrictions and service updates. This ensured efficient management when it came to the communicating with her group of customers.
