6.1. The Company operates with third party hosting partners for the hosting of any websites developed for you by the Company. The hosting of any such websites shall be subject to the terms and conditions including acceptable usage policies of our third party hosting partners. You will be responsible for the content of your pages including the legal permissions and for any and all works which they include wherein the contents of those pages do not violate Irish, European or international Law. Neither Speire nor it’s partners shall be in any way responsible for any infringing material posted in any such websites nor for any legal matters contained therein.
6.2. Our third party partners reserve the right to investigate any illegal activity on the sites and may suspend services during the said investigation. The Company will have no liability for any loss or damage whether general or consequential caused by such suspension. Our third party partners may where they consider material to be illegal, defamatory or abusive at their sole discretion terminate the hosting services provided by them. They shall have no liability for any statutory termination by it’s third party partners.
6.3. It is your responsibility to maintain your passwords and to take reasonable precautions to ensure that the passwords are not discovered by any third parties.
