Who are SCRI-IS?

SCRI-IS are a company dedicated to revolutionising sustainable asset reliability. SCRI-IS service companies in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical device manufacturers. Traditionally their customers would need to shut down entire manufacturing sections within their facilities to replace parts and ensure machinery is up to date. 

Determining which parts to upgrade and replace represented a huge part of the process which was lengthy and time consuming. SCRI-IS took an innovative approach by embedding IoT solutions combined with bespoke analytics harnessing AI. This means that they were able to drastically reduce machinery downtime. Reason being, is that maintenance workers already knew in advance which parts to replace. This results in their customers seeing a rapid return on investment due to having their machinery spending more time on production rather than maintenance.
