Simplifying the Flow

We were approached by the Rubicon to streamline their online conversion funnel to ensure that the right candidates are applying for the right support programmes. Essentially there were three separate user journeys that required to be created.
People who wish to start their business, early stage start ups & established companies seeking to expand. From this, calls to action needed to be segregated accordingly to resonate with their target segments.
Three individual journeys were then created:

  • Start
  • Accelerate
  • Grow

This enabled The Rubicon Centre to build their content around these groups to ensure that their offering appealed to the target user in question.

Integrating a Customer Relationship Management System & AI chat bot

Their CRM system also needed to be streamlined accordingly. This was achieved by working with their existing provider to create a unique API per form placed on pages relevant to their segments. In relation to the AI chatbot the process was very simple.
A decision tree or series of relevant questions also allowed the opportunity for prospects to apply for their programs without navigating through the website. This increased their conversion rate considerably.
